How do I know if I need therapy?
When something is wrong it can show up in some of these ways: having difficulty sleeping; having bad dreams; changing your eating habits - not eating enough or overeating; having mood swings.
You may find yourself bursting into tears, or bursting into anger. Your behaviour may become more risky for your health and safety. You may have withdrawn, finding it hard to talk to people. You may not be able to concentrate and your work may be affected.
